Hospital charges are not included. Registration, consultations, tests, treatment, medication, bed fees and admission deposits are paid by you directly to the hospital. Our fee covers coordination only. We never collect, advance or handle hospital payments on your behalf.

Early patients

Our first five clients get 20% off any paid option, in exchange for a 20-minute feedback call after their visit.

Cancellations

Full refund until your hospital booking is confirmed. Cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment day and we refund 80%. Within 48 hours, the companion fee isn’t refundable.

What we don’t do

We aren’t doctors and we don’t give medical advice. We don’t take payments or referral fees from hospitals, so our hospital listings stay independent. We only book through official hospital channels. We don’t handle emergencies. In China, dial 120.
